Summer 2024 Open Tryouts

ALL AGES: 13 - 17
Saturday: 11/04 & 11/11
Time: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Tryout Facts:
- No cost to tryout and YOU MUST REGISTER TO TRYOUT (FORM BELOW).
- You are only required to attend one day of tryouts unless otherwise asked by staff.
- Should you not be able to make a tryout, all evaluations must be completed prior to the final tryout date of your age group. Contact Bill at 267-228-3615 for a private workout.
Event Day:
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tryout time to check-in at the front desk.
- Coaches will warm players up and begin the tryout process while a staff member talks to all parents in the lobby.
- Once a player has completed his portion of the workout, they will be able to leave. Pitchers and Catchers should be prepared to stay the longest.
Post Event:
- Please keep in mind that no decisions for the team will be made until the final tryout date has been completed.
- All players must respond back to offers within 24 hours of receiving notice in order to expedite the process of contacting all players with a $750.00 deposit.
- Regardless we will contact everyone who attended a tryout with feedback and a plan of action moving forward.
- Team commitments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of commitment.
- Tournament Groups we participated in PDC, MSI, Diamond Nation, Big Show, ASBA, Perfect Game and PBT.
- 13U & 14U Cost $2,750.00 with a $750.00 nonrefundable deposit. Includes uniforms, 8 tournaments & 10 indoor practices at Proving Grounds.
- 15U Cost $2,850.00 with a $750.00 nonrefundable deposit. Includes uniforms, 8 tournaments & 10 indoor practices at Proving Grounds.
- 16U Cost $2,950.00 with a $750.00 nonrefundable deposit. Includes uniforms, 8 tournaments & 10 indoor practices at Proving Grounds.
- 17U Cost $3,500.00 with a $850.00 nonrefundable deposit. Includes uniforms, 8 tournaments & 10 indoor practices at Proving Grounds & Play N School Video.
- Hotel & Airfare are not included.
- Once you are chosen at tryout in order to secure, you're spot deposit is required.
- Summer practice location Ernie Field in Cheltenham & LaSalle High Lower Bartley.
- All teams have 2 outdoor practices per week except 17U team ,The 17U team has multiple weekday tournaments so practice schedule will revolve around tournament games.
- Tentative 17U Schedule: Super 17 One, Super 17 Two, Prospects Selects, Big Show, Saint Joes Team Camp, Penn St team Camp, ASBA & ASBA Showcase events.
